Frances Donnelly Wolf is this week's featured artist at the Pennsylvania Arts Experience Gallery's Artist Talk event.

The Artist Talk will take place in the Gallery and Orientation Center inside of the Marketview Arts building. Attendees will be able to meet Wolf and view her solo exhibition as well as her recent works
