Downtown Inc offers a First Friday grant of $1000 a month, to be shared by all selected businesses for the month. Grant requests are submitted on a quarterly basis (three months at a time). Funds may be used for activities, entertainment, refreshments, promotional giveaways, or other items that would enhance the overall First Friday experience for downtown visitors. Must be a business or organization located in the Central Business District to receive funds.

Grants are to be used to offset costs for activities that enhance the First Friday event. Priority is given to live music/entertainment, creative activities and community collaboration.

Upcoming Deadlines:

  • March 9, 2018 – Second Quarter (April, May, June 2018)
  • June 8, 2018 – Third Quarter (July, August, September 2018)
  • September 14, 2018 – Fourth Quarter (October, November, December 2018)
