Fourhman’s Natural Foods

Fourhman’s Natural Foods opened it second natural health store in downtown York at Central Market.  The natural health store focuses on products, supplements and groceries that promote optimal wellness in the most natural way possible.  Fourhmans NaturalToGo also features freshly prepared natural and organic foods and drinks.  “We believe in providing more than just products, but truly offering guidance and services that lend to a more holistic lifestyle”, said Michael Fourhman, owner.

Thoms Bread

Thoms’ Bread is from the heart of Lancaster County and truly exemplifies the simplicity of the basic Italian loaf.  Located in several markets and grocery stores throughout central Pennsylvania Thom Capizzi utilizes only four main ingredients in his bread as the foundation- flour, water, salt and yeast.  The current menu of breads includes several flavors such as rustic Italian boule, rosemary olive oil boule, focaccia and pizza crusts.  “Our bread is made without any preservatives and is truly a fantastic accompaniment to any meal or dish”, said Tom Capizzi, owner Thom’s Bread.
