Studio 117 Opens in Royal Square

New business ribbon cutting in downtown York

YORK, PA—Downtown Inc is pleased to announce the opening of Studio 117 in Royal Square in downtown York.

Please join the City of York and Downtown Inc as we cut the celebratory ribbon at Studio 117, 117 S Duke St on Friday March 6th at 5pm.  

Studio 117 is a collaboration of AK Beatz, an audio production studio as well as RB Studios which is a photography/video production company.  Lee “Logik” King and Kendale “Aydell” Harris are the face of AK Beatz which offers services ranging from recording, mixing and mastering music for a variable genres of music. Rob Bryant who owns RB Studios, is a full scale photographer, event videographer and offers graphic design services. 

“We plan on being open to the public during special events as well as when the Royal Square neighborhood is having special events.  The HIVE Artspace is going to be managing our gallery space as well.  Both myself and Rob are looking forward to this collaboration of Studio 117”, said co-owner Lee “Logik” King. 

Downtown Inc works to revitalize and foster reinvestment in downtown York.  Its mission is to facilitate collaboration, advocacy, and promotion of downtown initiatives to improve the economic growth, enhance the physical appearance, and increase foot traffic throughout the downtown district, and communicate to the community at large the positive activities taking place in downtown York.
